At the city swimming pool, there are 4 hot tubs of varying temperatures, plus one more with salt water and a large heated swimming pool –all outside in the -4 C air, the snow, and the darkness.   We were in the midst of sampling all of them and asked one of the locals what was the right way to go about doing that.  In true Tao-like fashion, he answered, “when I first came here I asked the same question, but I soon found out there is no single right way. It is up to each person to find the way that makes sense for them.”
